ACME WoF - Episode 5

Audience: WHEEL OF FORTUNE!!!

[Cheers and applause]

Alvin: The famous wheel is spinning your way towards thousands of dollars in cash! And now from the ACME Studios, here’s the stars of our show, Jonathan Mann!

Jon: [enters HQ] Yeah, Baby!

Alvin: And iKing!

iKing: [enters HQ] Hello and welcome!

[Cheers and applause]

Jon: Hi, everybody! I hope you all had a nice Halloween. Trick-or-treating, doing the Monster Mash, Time Warp, and all those great Halloween dances.

iKing: Your kids eating all those treats. They sure hope they're not getting any belly aches.

Jon: I hope they do, iKing. Though, I eat some candy. Now we are in November, we're getting close to the holiday season. That means the dark hours will be longer, the daylight will be shorter. But before you turn those clocks back an hour, we're gonna have three contestants playing the game you loved...

iKing: ACME Crime Net's Way. Let's meet them right now. Alvin?

[Now, to the contestants]

Alvin: Our first contestant is an avid football fan and hopes to play in the NFL. From Albany, New York, welcome Jesse Quoone!

Our second contestant enjoys baseball, volleyball, and is into comic books. From Penns Grove, New Jersey, say hello to Chris Dure!

She enjoys horseback riding and hopes to own a stable someday. From Staten Island, meet Marge Chayka!

[Applause]

Jon: Contestants, are you ready to play!?

Contestants: Yes!

Jon: Let's look at our wheel.

There’s hundreds of dollars in cash waiting to be won. You spin the wheel, guess a letter. If that letter’s in the puzzle, the money will be added to your bank. Guess a letter that's not in the puzzle, you lose your turn. If you solve the puzzle, the money is banked to your total. But be careful of those two black and white spaces. Lose a Turn – which means you land on that, your turn is over automatically. And finally, the Bankrupt.

[Audience boos]

Jon: Yeah. Land on that, all of the money in the round goes away. If you have no money and if the other player has money, a wedge will be able to help you out. It's called Power.

iKing: POWER!!!

Jon: Land on that wedge, guess the correct letter, and you can steal whatever money the player has in the round. And finally, we have Free Spin, if at anytime you lose your turn, you get a free one. We’ll explain more about that as we go along. Whoever has the most cash at the end of the game, will play for a chance to win up to 10x their total. Right now, let’s take a look at our first puzzle of the day. iKing?

iKing: The category is Food & Drink.

The top dollar value on the wheel is $1,000. And we’ve added another Bankrupt. This time it’s called a Super Bankrupt.

[Audience boos]

Jon: Each spin, you’ll be risking everything you won up to that point, even in the previous round. If you land on that wedge, your money goes to the Killer Tomato.

[Laughter!]

Jon: Next puzzle please, iKing?

iKing: The category is Family. Aaaaaaaw!

[Audience "aaaaws"]

All: Bye-bye!

[Applause]
