Alvin: The ACME Summer Movie!
[Point State Park, Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, 4:30pm]
[A montage of Jon and Freddie riding a speedboat around the Three Rivers in Pittsburgh is shown]
[In Jon and Freddie's speedboat...]
Jon: Hi there. Welcome to the ACME Summer Movie.
Freddie: We were very sad that there is no #YaGottaRegatta this year. The city of Pittsburgh has cancelled the Three Rivers Regatta it due to the company that misled the event’s board and the city about payments, insurance and other details, forcing organizers to cancel the weekend-long festival.
Jon: But Freddie and I took a wonderful ride along the Mon, the Al, and O on this speedboat.
Freddie: You see that we are wearing our life jackets. I nearly fell into the river.
Jon: It's a good thing you have a life-jacket on when we go on a boat ride, even when you are a non-swimmer.
Freddie: That's true. Before we get to our movies for tonight, we are in the last full month of summer: August. Last month for swimming, camping, baseball games, eating hot dogs, and staring at girls in bikinis.
Jon: [laughs] And it's almost time to go Back to School, and for us an all new season of ACME...
Lumen: WHEEL...
Aqune: OF...
Hunter: FORTUNE!
Jon: Yes! The famous game you love, ACME's way is coming back next month. This season we will have an all new format. Instead of three players, two contestants will go head-to-head in a best of three match. Meaning the first contestant that solves two puzzles wins the match and the chance to double, triple or quadruple their winnings in the bonus round. We will be using only one wheel layout for the match itself and here it is.

Jon: To compensate the new format, we will be introducing the straddling format seen on few game shows from the 1970s, most recently Who Wants To Be A Millionaire? which ended it's 20-year run. In any event we've run out of time in the middle of a game, you will hear this sound...
Alvin: DING-DONG! DING-DONG!
Jon: Thank you, Alvin. That would be said by any member of ACME Crime Net. Spider Riders, Gladiators, Cosmo Cats, you name it! That will mean that's the end of the episode and the game will continue on the next one. It's possible that the Bonus Round can be played at the beginning of the next show. We will play Games 1 and 2 in regular mode but if the match is tied at one we will play the Tiebreaker round the same way as our now-former Big Money Round. During the February and May Sweeps, we will be conducting a special tournament where four to eight contestants with the highest winnings will have a chance to play for....
Corona: A NEW CAR!
Jon: That's right. We will give you more details on that as we go along.
Freddie: If you want to become a contestant on ACME Wheel, here's the Huntermiser to tell you about it!
Hunter: [laughs] You two are funny! Anyway, you heard what Jon said. ACME Wheel is coming back for an all new season! If you are aged 10 thru 17 and live in our planning on visiting New York City, we would want you to become a contestant on ACME Wheel. You can win money and maybe a new car but only if you solve puzzles. Visit pbs.org/ACME for contestant information. And we will be conducting contestant searches in Washington D.C, Philadelphia and Boston. Get you puzzle solvin' skills ready! You can be one step closer to winning cash and a car!
Alvin: And now back to Freddie and JONATHAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAN MAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAN!!!
[Back to Point State Park]
Jon: Thank you, Hunter and Alvin.
Alvin: Don't mention it!
Freddie: Right now, we will be taking you to Part 3 of How I Spent My Vacation with the Tiny Toons.
Jon: And here's what we know so far...
[Clips from Part 2 are shown]
Jon: Last time, Babs and Buster Bunny float down river but as they go through a waterfall, Superman comes in and catches them. But as he drops them, Buster and Byron land on a tree branch but Babs falls into the water. Only to be kicked out by an Ariel-esque mermaid. As they now in dry land, a family of possums attempt to eat the bunnies for dinner; or as dinner? Only to battle with Babs as Buster plays the Tiny Toon Adventures theme with a possum friend on the bridge. After the possums have been defeated, Buster is so alert as they continue their journey.
Meanwhile, Fifi LeFume was trying to find Johnny Pew at the ACME Resort Hotel. At first, she asked the concierge of the hotel to get his autograph but he kicked her off. On the second attempt, she disguised herself as Michelle Lovitz only to be smashed by the real Michelle Lovitz. On the third attempt, Fifi got into a special room service plate and sings the theme to Romeo and Juliet.
Freddie: Viva sucess!
Jon: The Room Service cart got wheeled into a stage housing famous celebrities: David Letterman, Opwah Winfery, Arsenio Hall, and Johnny Carson. Suddenly, a drummer drummed the plate and scared Fifi flying into a garbage can. And then, Johnny Pew appeared by surprise! Fifi asked him for an autograph, but Johnny didn't have a pen. He then asked Fifi to carry his stuff to his room.
Meanwhile, Plucky and the Pig Family where we begin at a drive-in restaurant where the Pigs ate mayo and cream cheese with no crusts. Plucky disliked it. As the waitress gives the family five waters, Plucky attempted to order a cheeseburger, chili fries, and chili pie, Wade (Hampton's Dad) stopped him. Plucky then grabbed a pirstine copy of Imature Radio Action Samize Sluts. As he shows it to Hampton, comic book reading makes him carsick. He later vomits onto the comic book!
Back to Babs and Buster, they continue to flow down-river south as they have eaten in a long time. They flow down to a southern mansion to be met by three gatorettes (female alligators) and a father gator. He asks the gatorettes to marry Buster Bunny. That's bigamy to me! As the wedding ceremony happens, Babs disguise as Chuck B. Charleton of the ACME Fireworks company demonstrating fireworks. Then using lots of fireworks, she blasts the gator family into the sky with a fireworks presentation. Buster escapes and bolts with Babs as they continue their journey. And that's where we left off.
Alvin: Part 3 of the Tiny Toon's Vacation is just about to start! Don't forget to watch in a brightly-lit room while you're watching, and don't sit too close to your monitor.
Jon: I was getting into that!
Alvin: Sorry!

[Jon and Freddie sit on the fountain]
Freddie: Boy, I never got kicked in the butt by Fifi LeFume for calling me "STINK!" But I got kicked for doing pranks in front of the girl cubs. They are chickens especially when they wear bikinis.
[Bearbette and Frisky kick Freddie into the fountain]
Bearbette and Frisky: DON'T CALL US THAT!!!
Jon: Moral of this part is: If you're thrown to Elmyra Duff, it's best to run away. Will Plucky and the Pigs finally make it to Happy World Land? Will Babs and Buster Bunny make it back to ACME Acres? We'll find out in a couple of weeks as we get ready to close out summer. Right now, since we had our picnic we are going to take you to our second movie.
An adaptation of Mark Twain's novel, The Adventures of Tom Sawyer Tom Sawyer, as only a little dog with a big imagination can tell you: Wishbone. Originally broadcast on PBS in 1995 as the episode A Tail in Twain. Wishbone, his owner Joe, and his friends Sam and David want to see if a "No Name Grave" in Jackson Park is really haunted. But not a single one of them expect to find someone digging up the grave. Who is the guy? What does he want? The gang is determined to find out, even it takes a little digging of their own...far into Oakdale's past. Wishbone imagines himself as Tom Sawyer, who teams up with Huck Finn when a simple plan to cure warts takes the two to a graveyard where they witnessed a murder. When they get together, their plans snowball into full blown adventures. A pirate escapeade turns into a real buried treasure. A camping trip triggers a false funeral. How do the boys get themselves out of all this trouble?
Freddie: [gets out of the fountain] If you want to find out, watch in a brightly-lit room, and don't you dare sit too close to your monitor. 'Cause Wishbone in A Tail in Twain starts now!
